March 23, 2022 - Xyence Capital SGR sells its stake (65%) in the share capital of Gada S.p.A. - Italy's leading distributor of medical devices - to Palex Medical S.A., Spain's leading distributor of high value-added medical devices. The shares of Xyence were acquired in the context of a transaction carried out by Palex Medical on 100% of the share capital of Gada. Xyence Capital has been in Gada's share capital since 2018 and has contributed to the consolidation of Gada's position as a leader in its reference sector and the development of its integrated services division.
